Turn in Your Ballot
This year every active registered voter should have received a ballot in the Mail on Halloween, talk about a treat. If you did not receive yours, please call the Salt Lake County Clerk’s Elections Office who handles the ballots for the city. There number is 385-468-7400
You can choose whether to mail your ballot back (no postage needed), drop it in a Drop Box, bring in your ballot and Vote in person early, or bring that ballot in to a Voting Center on Election Day (we have one at the Viridian Center here in West Jordan from 7am-8pm) and vote in person.
We are lucky in West Jordan that we have 2 drop boxes to choose from. One is right behind City Hall in the parking lot just to the North West of the round about near the Mail Box and Utility Drop and the other is at Ron Wood Park right as you drive into the South Entrance to the Splash Pad Parking lot.
If you are going to Vote in Person you must bring a Valid ID and its encouraged to bring in the other ballot so that they can make sure you don’t vote twice, it makes the process smoother.
